In the blink of an eye, the 2021 NBA season is already upon us. As we celebrate the league’s 75th season of existence, it wouldn’t be a true opening night if the Golden State Warriors weren’t on the slate. Fans will be treated to a Western Conference matchup Tuesday night between the Warriors and Lakers, arguably two of the leading contenders in the conference.

Steve Kerr announced, following the Warriors preseason finale, that the team had decided to waive Avery Bradley, Gary Payton II, Jordan Bell, and Mychal Mulder.

The news was delivered via Steve Kerr shortly after their win over Portland in the final game of the preseason Friday night at Chase Center.

His head coaching experience produced a myriad of Serbian players now in the NBA, including some guy named Nikola Jokic, before he made his way to the Warriors.
