A look back at Curry’s best Game Winners

Steph Curry is no stranger to high pressured moments as he has been in many over the years. Just imagine going to five straight NBA finals and the stress that would bring. Friday night proved to be no different as the Dubs found themselves down late in the fourth quarter. But after a comeback sparked by great shot making and even better defense, they found themselves tied at 103 with 5.1 seconds to go and the chance at the final shot. Otto Porter Jr would inbound the ball and find Steph at the top of the key. Curry would drive left and pull up for a step-back mid-range jumper and hit nothing but net as the clock expired.

Stephen Curry Sinks Rockets at the Buzzer

Let’s start by saying the Warriors really needed this one. After falling short to the skeleton crew of the Pacers’ bench last night despite Steph Curry posting 39 points, there were a lot of concerns surrounding this team. They had dropped 6 of their last 9, and looked like they were struggling in the first half all through this game. As they battled back towards the win, it all boiled down to Steph, who had been cold the whole night.

The Warriors faced a young Pistons squad on Jan. 18, and while it's only a small sample size, Warriors guard Klay Thompson had his best game since his return.

Klay has posted an average of 13.8 points, 1.8 assists, and 3 rebounds before this game. He's been putting the ball on the deck a lot more often, and it seems like the adjustment period is going well for the splash brother.
