James Wiseman Starting Non-Contact Practice Participation

Earlier this month, it was revealed that James Wiseman needed arthroscopic surgery on his knee. The surgery was to clean up some scar tissue that had developed as a result of him tearing his meniscus late last season. Wiseman’s been on the upward trajectory of recovery since despite his setbacks, and Warriors personnel think that he’s making some solid progress.

Iggy is well-regarded as a very cerebral player, and even though he’s not dunking on whole teams anymore like he was in Philadelphia, he’s still an important part of the Dubs championship core both on and off the court.

Kyrie gifts Jersey to Kuminga

After the Warriors win against the Brooklyn Nets Saturday, star point guard Kyrie Irving gave rookie Johnathan Kuminga his game-worn jersey. Kuminga, in his first year at the NBA level by way of the NBA G-League’s Ignite team, played his high school hoops at St. Patrick School located in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Similarly, Irving also played his high school hoops St. Patrick High School before his infamous one-and-done season at Duke University.
