Sometimes, old heads just can’t let things go. Last night, NBA great Ray Allen went on the Dan Patrick Show on Fox Sports radio to make his thoughts known on the current debate surrounding Stephen Curry being the greatest shooter of all time. NBA writer Marc Stein reported today that the Warriors are “weighing a night of rest for Stephen Curry in Indiana”, as he stands about 10 threes away from clearing Ray Allen’s record for total regular season threes. This news comes on the heels of Curry putting up 6 triples against the Blazers earlier this week.

Kerr, a winner in the NBA with three titles of his own in Golden State, was one of Pop’s assistants in the 2016 and 2021 Olympics where the US continued its hoops dominance to win their gold medals.

The fact that the media even entertained this idea in the first place should demonstrate Curry’s greatness, and the anticipation was high as ever.
